Blessings are something special. They are the aspects of life that enrich our lives and show that God is God. Our blessings are one of the ways that God gives us a hug and shows His glory.
How often do we miss or overlook them?
How often do we forget to count them?
How often do we forget to thank God for them?
How often do we forget to write them down so that during the hard times, we can look them up and see that we really are blessed?
The song from the old Bing Crosby movie, White Christmas, of: "Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep" is a reminder to put these aspects into practice.
Take some time today to count your blessings and make sure you record them.
Updated Prayer Requests:
My Granny had a colonoscopy today. It went well and they found nothing--thank god! But, the doctors are back to square one of figuring out what's causing her abdominal pain. Thank you so much for your prayers! Please keep them coming.
